Referring to my earlier post, where I had asked how to claim insurance for the scratch on my car, this is what i found in my insurance copy. Read 'Important Points' (b.)
they won't consider minor scratches, minor repair/touchup under insurance cover.
Have I been scammed?
Its next to impossible to go without scratch/dents in India, no matter how safe you try to drive.
Few days back, when in Jejuri, I had parked my car, shop advertisement with stand came flying from nowhere and hit my bonnet. Though, it gave very minor non-noticable dent.
Today, I was standing to turn under flyover, msrtc bus came like superfast and scratched my Kylaq. Should I claim insurance?? If yes, what is the process?
Will they replace this entire part? There is very little scratch on light glass too...will that be replaced? What would be the charges I might have to pay?
I need one help/guidance. I see all of sudden, rpm going little high 2000 rpm for 20-40 km speed and rather than getting reduced it instantly its taking time. I feel some drag is there ..
