Is this normal amount of backlight bleed and why is it like a grid?

I remember older monitors having this issue at the edges but here it’s more like a grid. The monitor in question is xl2566X+.

Gamma 5
Brightness 50
Contrast 50
BQ 0

I've noticed some blurry and color bleed around sharp objects, like crosshairs and text. These are some crosshairs from CS2 and in the first image there's some blue and red color that bleed out. Not as much as in the photo. And in the second image there appears to be something strange happening. I play native, 1920x1080, but somehow the crosshair is 3 pixels wide on the vertical line but 2 pixels on the horizontal lines. This was not the case with my old 240hz Zowie monitor. Is this a defect or how this panel operates?

UPDATE:
So it appears that it's running in YCbCr in 400hz. Loweing to 240hz gives me RGB. Is this fixable? I'm using the DP-cable that came with the monitor with a 3080ti.

UPDATE#2:
I changed DP-port on my GPU and that switched it back to RGB in 400hz. Issue fixed!
