Is it normal to build a house, do griha pravesh, and sell it quickly?

I’ve seen a few friends and known people construct houses, do a grand housewarming ceremony, and everyone (including us) attends it like they are going to live there.

But within 3–4 months, they put the house up for sale and say they actually built it just for selling, not for staying.

Is this a common practice? Do people do this to show they’ve built a house and then sell it quickly for a 20–30L margin?

How is the difficulty between state syllabus and CBSE syllabus?

I personally feel CBSE syllabus is too much, especially for small kids like 1st standard. There seems to be a lot to cover at an early stage.

Nowadays I also see many schools shifting only to CBSE.

Is state syllabus comparatively lighter or more manageable for kids?

Also, any good state syllabus schools in and around Kengeri?

Contract developers abroad vs India — why so different?

In the UK, US, and Europe, contract developers are paid high daily rates but get fewer benefits and can be let go quickly. Permanent employees, however, usually have strong protections, structured layoff processes, and some level of government support.

In India, even permanent employees often feel like contractors—lower pay, limited benefits, and layoffs happening with minimal support (like recent cases in big companies).

Why is there such a gap in job security and treatment?
