I want to get a shirt made for my partner’s birthday by next week. I have a proof of the design that I like but am having trouble on the shirt platforms to get it where I want it. It would be preferred to do DTG. Happy to provide other features as needed. Can someone point me in the right direction? TIA

Situation:
I have a unit for rent. Potential tenant did background check, passed screening and checked boxes for our criteria as far as income and # of occupants.
Here’s where it gets muddy.
We agreed to meet yesterday to sign a lease, collect deposit and give possession. As we’re going over the paper lease and signed everything, I notice some errors and decided to at least have all the info on paper to transfer for digital signature through Panda Doc. Commencement date was set for 5/6 on the paper version. We agreed to do the digital version. They were having an issue with their third party bank at the time. I did not receive any form of payment therefore I didn’t give keys. I agreed to accepting a money order outside of my listed forms of accepted payment. I did not write void on the paper copy(hindsight I just had). They do not have a copy of the lease as I didn’t send the error one.
We agreed to meet this evening to collect payment and finalize it. In the meantime I made the digital lease version and sent over. They signed. I did not. Yet again they’re having an issue with their bank getting a money order from a trusted popular green store. I’m feeling uneasy at this point like I made a wrong decision and think I should walk.
I have clauses in my lease about date of execution and time is of the essence.
Am I in trouble or not?
