My son is in the middle of his first two cleft surgeries (lip and palate) and we are planning a trip to Porto, Portugal for my best friend's wedding on July 25th . There are 4 of us plus the baby (lap baby). Any advice to get the most affordable way to get there? I'm checking prices on Tuesday the 21st-28th but I'm willing to drive to another city but out of DC is only a $50 price difference at the moment.
