Another "Inspired by Keith Haring" design... from 2021....

For my first post, I sent an image of my "signature" ATC: Doodle Cats.

A little back story:
When I sent one of my first Doodle Cat images to Google Image Search, I was delighted to see the generator brought up images of Keith Haring's work. (I had not seen his black and white work at that time.) It was fun to see how many reddit artists recognized the influences in my first ATC, so I thought I'd share an older image today.

I made a set of six cards for a swap in 2021. The theme was "Inspired By...." The series was named "If Keith Haring had made Quarantine Cards."

ATCs got me through the pandemic!

Doodle Cats

New to reddit. Posted a "Doodle Cat" image in the Artist Trading Card sub and saw a referral to this group. It. Is. Going. To. Be. Fun.

The black and white part was produced with Procreate on my iPad. I frequently print and color with alcohol markers. This card is the first ... and last... one colored with acrylic markers.

By the way, what does "OC" stand for???

"Doodle Cats"

I am new to reddit, but not new to trading ATCs. I've been trading on Facebook for the past five years. This community looks nice, so I thought I would give it a try. I've been doodling cats for years. Usually they are black and white. Sometimes they are digital, and hand-colored with alcohol markers. This card was my first attempt using my new Grabie acrylic markers, on my favorite paper: Legion Stonehenge Black watercolor paper.
