So i have been referred to a surgeon by my orthodontist and they obviously asked me before if i wanted option1 2 or 3 and i picked surgery of course.

Does this mean i am guaranteed the surgery? or can the surgeon just say i am not eligible for jaw surgery?

This is all through the nhs btw if it matters.
