I need your advice because I’m so conflicted right now 😭
I had a 15% off coupon on the website and was finally ready to pull the trigger on the Large Charlie Quilted Shoulder Bag (not the drawstring version). The coupon was working when I had the smooth leather Charlie in my cart before, but right when I decided on the quilted one… it suddenly became unavailable online 🥲
So I started calling local stores, then stores in other states, and finally found one. But the sales associate told me the coupon doesn’t work on Charlie models in store.
Now I’m confused because it literally worked on the website before for the smooth leather Charlie. Would you still try to explain that to them somehow, or would you just pay full price and be done with it? I love the bag, but knowing I almost got 15% off makes this harder 😂
