I’m sick of seeing Korean against Korean American hate on social media. I get some of them are envious of or straight up don’t like Korean Americans bc we’re not one of them, but why accuse a whole demographic of not knowing about our culture or language? Some of us do. Fucking hate these bullies.
Earlier, on another social media platform, I posted about wanting to get the Mitsubishi Pajero Premium Tomica, but people yelled at me online, saying I’m a “fake Korean American” for supporting a brand that enforced labor and slavery and was attacked by a bunch of Koreans and was accused of being “Chinese” and “a dark haired non white foreigner”. Like I know about the history of Mitsubishi and the scandals they had, but I wanted to ask if they are still a risky brand to buy. I was attacked with a lot of hate by other Koreans so I was a bit shocked. Wanted to ask for awareness.
Found this Tomica on Mercari and had to get it (received it today). Heard it’s a vintage find made between 1999-2001!
Lovely set so far. My most favorites are the mint Porsche Cup and the blue Alpine.
I’m happy I can own these two champs as mini cars. 🙏 One on the left is from Le Mans 2022 and the one on the right is from Bathhurst 2019.
I got the Porsche 917 and the mint colored one. Both are adorable and I sorta like them a little better than the Hot Wheels ones I have! The headlights are cute and the cars have a bit more life.

This is apparently based on an actual wagon. It’s very well made for a mainline car, and it looks very close to accurate to the actual car. I love the bug eyes too hehe
Honestly I wasn’t too into Mini GTs (I only had the Aston Martin yellow), until I saw these two Porsches recently! I got the Dakar rally set and they are so cute 🥹🥹🥹 I love the Sparky one (far left) as well. It’s based on a car that won at the Le Mans at some point (2022 ish). I’m getting the off white RE Amemiya in the postage tomorrow and I’m so excited! I‘m planning to collect some of the bug eyed stuff.
