Anyone here explored mRNA/Peptide Cancer Vaccines?

I'm exploring compassionate access to emerging mRNA-Peptide Cancer Vaccines. Have any of you gone down this path? Please share your learning or experience with such vaccines. The only FDA-approved clinical trials in the US are for those who were diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at Stage 1 or 2 and for other types of cancers like the study at Memorial Sloan Kettering.

There are a number of cancer vaccine clinical trials in China according to clinicaltrials.gov and also wondered if folks on this subreddit have experience with going to China to get into any of these more formalized trials.

Unfortunately, these clinical trial of one (n of 1 studies) are all self-pay for those who have the money. It would take anywhere from $150,000 to $500,000 to go through the full vaccine design, manufacturing and administering with a clinic/doctor willing to go through the FDA approval process for patient to get the Investigational New Drug (IND).
