Is any Platinum customer abandoning Amex after their disastrous points reduction?
After they reduced the monthly bonus points scheme which gave you extra 10,000 points for 10,000 spent i have told amex where to go. While they abuse existing customers and reduce the benefits, other competitors are offering far better deals and eating into their market share. I’m going to abandon them! Greedy company
