🆘‼️ Wayne (A0060727256) and Joan (A0060727218) are CODE RED at Smith County Animal Control & Shelter in Tyler, TX 🚨 They have 9 days left to live, unless we find a committed foster or adopter.

Wayne is an incredibly social boy who loves everyone he meets. He is gentle, affectionate, and so polite when asking for pets. Joan is just as friendly & sweet, and she absolutely adores Wayne. They clearly have a special bond. While we would love to keep Wayne & Joan together, we will consider separate placements if it means saving their lives. They are both around 4 years old, 55 lbs, and have wonderful adult manners while still having so much life and love ahead of them!

This is Spot (A0060729013) 🖤🤍 a 3 year old Lab/Terrier mix who is such a good boy. He is dog friendly, sits on command, and very gentle. He’s also irresistibly charming and extremely photogenic. Just look at that handsome face!

Rapunzel is very shut down and unsure in the shelter environment. The noise and constant movement overwhelm her, and she often freezes with an expression that clearly says she’s trying her best to feel safe. What she needs most is a calm, patient, and kind person who will give her the chance to decompress.

Rapunzel is 3 years old, weighs 37 lbs, and has so much potential once she’s in a stable, loving environment where she can finally relax.
