Centauri carbon just arrived and it has damage to the bottom panel and won’t turn on
I just received my Centauri carbon delivery yesterday and when I unboxed it, I noticed a dent on the bottom panel of the printer. It looks like impact damage. The printer will not turn on. First time dealing with elegoo. I have the delivery insurance with seel and filed a claim. What are other people’s experience with getting a replacement? Was it a smooth process?
