Deleting my account on DB
Hi everyone. I'm trying to delete my account on the Deutsche bahn app and I keep getting an error message that I've got open bahn card orders. But I already canceled it 2 years ago and I also have a confirmation email. Although I sent inquiries about it on their website, they keep answering it with the automated response that I need to delete it by myself. I even tried to contact their customer service by phone and they connected me through their staff but he only spoke in German. Is there any other way to delete it?
