Vuelvo a pagar?

2 years out, best decision ever!

I just wanted to share my positive story here for anyone considering surgery. I'm 25 and I had my Micreodisctomy surgery almost 2 years ago, I had 2 biggg hernias on my lower back. The fist month was rough, I had to go on steroids twice because the inflamation wouln't go away and was casuing nerve pain (it was really scary I thought the surgery didn't work but if you're going thru something similar don't freak out yet it could just be inflamation) after a couple of months I started PT, please DO NOT SKIP PT, they show you how to slowly go back to full movements without injuring yourself and they help you regain your strength. I feel like life went back to normal after 7-8 months, you have to be patient! I'm STILL trying to gain muscle on my abdomen and lower back to better support my spine but I'm taking it slowly and allowing my body to let me know if I'm doing to much. If you have any questions please feel free to message me!

Hi, I’m Mexican. I’ve been living in the U.S. for 6 years because I went to college there. I got a job right after graduating in May of last year, and I was working under OPT. I decided to apply for a TN visa so I could continue working. I had my CAS appointment in Hermosillo on April 10 and my interview in Mexico City on April 14. The officer told me my visa had been approved and kept my passport (they didn't give me a 221 g or anything). A few hours after the interview, I received an email to pay for the additional years, and I did. I returned to Sonora to wait for the visa to be processed, and I selected to pick it up at the CAS in Hermosillo.

It’s been almost 3 weeks since my interview, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve been checking my visa status and it shows as “Administrative Processing.” I had heard that visas didn’t take long to process and that once they were sent out, it would only take 1–3 days to arrive. My bosses have been very understanding about the process, but I can’t work remotely since I handle client information, and I feel really embarrassed about how long I’ve been unable to work.

Could someone who has applied for a visa in the past few months tell me if it’s normal for it to take this long? Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? Please, someone help me because I don’t know what to do!
