I have been going through TE for about 5 months now and think it’s time I get a haircut to cut off the thinned ends and get some face framing/shaping back.

Has anyone been to a salon with TE? I am planning to tell them and ask them to be gentle when washing my hair. I’m nervous about the amount that will shed and debating if a dry cut would be better?

I have wavy hair so I’m going to ask for a wavy style which is also something I have never done before, I normally just get it blow dried straight!

Just looking for some advice and experience from others in this situation?

I’ve debated cancelling but I think the cut will really help give my hair a bit of life again!
