can someone please help me identify what this is? i’ve found about 9 of these now today and they are all either in my bedroom near the ceiling or baseboard or the living room ceiling or baseboard. they are tiny and kinda brownish. located in PA

can someone help me identify this bug? for context, i live in an apartment building. i am an extremely clean person so much so that i clean everyday and deeply once a week. it has been raining a lot but also very hot. i first noticed them a few weeks ago but i had just seen two. both in my bedroom, one on the wall and one on my baseboard. then today i saw 6, at once. one was on the bathroom door, two on my bedroom ceiling and one near the baseboard and two on my living room ceiling. i am so confused and upset because i take such good care of my home. is this from weather or could it be my neighbors? is this something to worry about. please help thanks!!!!!
