Best coach for cueing

I just joined and I’m super stoked to start. I’m on Align because I’m big on mindfulness and cueing. But I must be spoiled by my current studio because it’s I’m used to intense cueing- I mean every move it’s how to breathe, exact foot placement, where to distribute weight (towards pink toes or arch), which muscles to engage! Does any programme cue like this on Ladder?

Update: I tried Jennifer’s welcome workout and like her cues! Thanks!

I’m thinking to bite the bullet and join just to have access to Courtney’s old videos. Can anyone confirm that as a new user, I’d be able to view her videos? Her new app Fit with Coco is way to pricey for me

It’s nice to commiserate about peri especially when symptoms are difficult and out of whack. I get venting and needing to rage sometimes. But it can get out of hand. Ie. there’s a rant/rage flair here but no success stories flair.

My peri journey started with sudden weight gain, palpitations, anxiety, anger, hot flashes, and not sleeping well at night. I thought something was wrong with me. And I needed a change. I wanted to be a mature woman who can handle what life throws at me. Women since the beginning of time around the world have had to deal with body changes, and with scientific advances, certainly I should be able to age gracefully without a sense of entitlement. Ultimately my most important job is to be an example for my family and I don’t glorify conflict, anger, irritability. It affects those around me!

Wanted to share what helped me to move from negativity to positivity, and it started with getting into problem solving mode, with a preference for natural lifestyle versus medicating. My symptoms have gotten so much better that they’re literally gone! What helped:
- vitamins : I upped by Vit D and iron, which helped my sleep more than anything else (magnesium, melatonin didn’t work). I’d forgotten what a good nights sleep was like it was that bad.
- my OB prescribed birth control instead of HRT but I’m so glad I didn’t start either. Instead I bit the bullet and take 2.5mg escitalopram, a micro dose that’s enough to take the edge off. It has somatic calming effect that allows me to rest and be productive when I need to
- exercise : I do yoga and Pilates, and it helps my mood so so much. I’ve never been much of an exerciser but my teachers emphasise movement, literally any movement, as crucial to a healthy lifestyle

That’s it. I hope this helps someone out there. It gets better, be patient, look for natural solutions, and don’t give up. It takes work. Aging gracefully means becoming a better human and I’m glad for the journey.

Hullo, I have sensitive combo skin that is easily dehydrated. I have a great simple routine where I live now where it is moderately humid. I will be moving to the desert in a few months and although my hair will be happy, my skin will suffer. Based on my last visit, my cheeks became dry within a few days as did my lips. Any advice on how to properly prep my skin for this change? Does anyone here live in very dry weather? What does your routine look like?
