Desk chair mats

My rental has laminate floorboard and we have a study in one of the rooms with desk chairs. The floors do not scratch or show any signs of damage. 8 months into living in the property the real estate agent sent an item after a routine inspection for us to get desk mats. Happy to do it to prevent damage but seemed like something they couldn’t enforce this late in the piece if it’s no where in our agreement and there is not a single sign of damage. We have gotten the mats now but not gotten around to sending the photo - but the agency (1 month later) is hounding us with emails and threatening a breach notice for not doing it quick enough. It’s the first and only item we have ever had brought up post inspection and our house is immaculate- far better than the condition when we moved in.

I’m just interested whether this is actually something they can enforce. I wasn’t really concerned but their threats and attitude have made me pissed off that we’ve gone and spent our own money to fulfill their request which probably is ultimately unnecessary.

How likely is this to be a legitimate autograph ?

Bought in auction - chances the signature is legit ? It’s a deceased estate auction with usually good finds but can’t see heaps of memorabilia that he’s signed online.
