right now my_qualifications is that i am in class 12 currently

Hi i am class 12 student and is thinking to study abroad in japan for cse undergrad so i am really seeking guidance how to do that, my parents often tell me that its not as good and smooth decision as i think is very challenging and says me to do college in india itself

i want to know that do i need to learn japanese to do that, if yes then should i learn it prior or or afterwads suggest me strutured roadmap and some tips to make my dream true
