Hello everyone,
I have been admitted to Illinos institute of Technology Master’s degree program in Information Technology through Coursera, and I have been accepted. However, I am currently unable to register for any classes.

When I try to use the “Register and Pay” option on the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) portal, I encounter the following error:
“The system configured for external authentication and identity assertion is null.”

I have submitted multiple tickets to the support desk, but unfortunately, no one seems to have identified or resolved the issue so far.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem or found a solution?
