Implant advice
36 F living in the Uk here. Two of my back molars have such deep fillings now the dentist says there likley to havta be extracted. If another molar filling breaks again it;ll defienlty havta. So Im looking into what my options are.
I lost a tooth years ago at the back and now hate it becuase the gum gets cut up when I eat certain foods like crisps, and the teeth have shifted so much they say its too small to put anything in.
I wanna look good but also be able to chew properly so this time around anything happens, I wanna do summin about it.
So Im shopping around for good clinics. I was told you can visit your regular dentist for checkups but anything happens to the implant you havta go to a specialist. Ive found a few places that look good but worry about getting suckered? Your putting a lot of trust in dentists and doctors.
The prices seem reasonable but are there any hidden costs I should be worried about? I dont wanna get "got"
This in Brighton has them as cheap as 995(my regular dentist quoted 2500), and some have better spread the cost plans and even day teeth and implant bridges? On average the cost seems between 1500 to 3 thous.

Honeslty I hate teeth I hate my mouth I just wanna be able to eat and not look like an old witch, im terrified of the dentist. Heck Im scared to eat apples and nuts for fear of causing a dental issue.
