Googlefied account on GOS or second phone?
Hi, I have a Pixel 7 with the stock ROM. I'm thinking about installing Graphene OS for all the known reasons.
My hesitation is, TAN generating banking apps and similar. As my country Germany is slowly discovering digital bureaucracy, "official" apps that may not play well with Graphene OS will only increase.
One approach is, setting up a dedicated googlefied account on GOS. However, in forums I get the sense, that apps still can make problems, because its not stock Google.
Another approach would be, to leave Graphene OS completely degoogled and buy a second, cheap smartphone with stock google android and just use this phone for those apps, that don't work on Graphene OS.
Do you have experience with either or both approaches, and can hint me in the right direction? Thank you.
