I need to transit in Abidjan Airport due to a change of terminals from (ACC-ABJ-ALG)

ACC-ABJ will arrive at Terminal 1, but ABJ-ALG is at Terminal 2.

I applied for and paid for the e-visa three times with all the tickets plus a hotel reservation, but I did not get a response from them, neither approved nor rejected.
