I just got an email saying my Fitbit Premium is being cancelled on May 26 due to "age or location" restrictions.

I’m already 18 and use my own card, so I’m confused. Did anyone else worldwide get this same email today? i have use fitbit for 5 months now, never had a problem. Have the pixel watch 4
