Update on 7 day dryfast

Hi made post couple days asking about 2nd acidotic crisis https://www.reddit.com/r/Dryfasting/comments/1t613sw/2nd_acidotic_crisis/ but broke the fast 10 hours into day 8. Had water only first day then eggs only last 2 days, just hard boiled, also had some butter today. Stomach feeling settled now and will try steak maybe tomorrow.

Smell and taste have been improving everyday since refeed and could definitely tell a big improvement tonight while out delivering food for job so really pleased. It is true healing comes during refeed. I will continue strict eggs and steak diet for 3 to 4 weeks before next dry fast and aim for 9 days then eventually 11.

Another thing is i made a very clear intention to myself and the universe and god weeks before this dry fast and truly believed it that i will dry fast for 9 days and heal my long covid symptoms and kept repeating it during fast and was really committed up until waking up on day 8 but im not disappointed i didnt make full 9 days as ive seen the healing now and will continue too during refeed.

Im a few hours off completing 7 days into a 9-11 day dry fast and have not experienced one negative physical symptom and energy levels are perfectly fine. Still can sleep 8-10 hours and no internal heat. before this i was only eating steak and eggs for like 2 months so am perfectly fat adapted.

Im doing this to heal from long covid from one year ago now, mainly reduced smell and taste. On the first few days smell was improving but now i think its reduced back to baseline. Can symptoms flare during healing and can it take refeeding and some time to notice healing. Anyway back to original question when does 2nd acidotic crisis generally start and will i even feel it given my lack of symptoms.
