Kabayan, kung magtatayo ka ng negosyo dito sa UAE, ano ang itatayo mo at bakit?

Hello! We are a UAE-based business na nag-start as HR Consultancy. Now since the geopolitical landscape changed, we are looking to pivot our business to something more worthwhile. Honestly, I am looking for ideas as to what business we can venture into na lower operating costs and barriers to entry, but higher margins. Our license includes importing and exporting but I have not yet dabbled into this. Can anyone suggest? Please respect post, super lost kami now and the license renewal period is coming in around 6 months. Thank you in advance!
