Hello all,

I will be buying my first window AC.

I am getting cheapest deals on Flipkart. Is it safe to buy from Flipkart.

Secondly, only Voltas and Lloyd's are fitting my budget right now, are they reliable brands. I heard that Voltas has really down graded their quality.

If I stretch a bit, I can get Carrier too,but thats 4k extra. Is it worth paying more.

Additionally, I am a tenant, live on rent, hence I want something reliable that can move around with me, rather than a split ac.

Also long term reliability wise, is it better to buy fixed speed ACs or inverter ones that are variable.
