[Hiring] AI Industry and Model Adoption Strategist

Hiring: AI industry scout / strategist for fully remote position.

I run a small AI company building proprietary domain-specific models, and I’m looking for someone who is deeply familiar with the AI landscape and can help us navigate it strategically.

This is not a software engineering role, and it’s not generic marketing. You also do not need to have done this exact job before.

I’m specifically looking for someone who already understands things like:

- Which AI benchmarks / leaderboards are hot right now

- How new models get discovered, discussed, and compared

- Which communities, platforms, or evaluators matter

- Where AI researchers, hobbyists, and serious users pay attention

- How companies/models end up getting included in the broader ecosystem

This could be a strong fit for:

- AI hobbyists who closely follow benchmarks and model releases

- People active in Hugging Face / open-source AI

- Researchers or research-adjacent people

- AI power users

- People who naturally keep track of leaderboards, evaluations, and industry conversations

- Strategically minded people who understand how visibility works in AI

What I actually need:

Someone to help identify real opportunities for our models to gain visibility and credibility: benchmarks, evaluators, communities, directories, partnerships, outreach, or anything else relevant.

In other words:

You’d be helping us figure out where we should be, who we should know about, and what moves actually matter.

You do not need formal credentials. You do need strong familiarity with the AI ecosystem and good judgment.

This is ideal for someone who spends a lot of time paying attention to AI and has useful insight into how the space works.

Paid freelance / contract role. Fully remote.

If this sounds like you, DM me with:

- Your background

- How you follow AI

- Why you think you’d be useful

Hiring: AI industry-savvy outreach / ecosystem operator (contract or freelance)

I run a small AI company building proprietary domain-specific models, and I need someone who understands the AI industry landscape well enough to help us gain real credibility and visibility.

I’m looking for someone who understands how AI companies actually get noticed by the people who matter:

- Benchmark / leaderboard ecosystems

- Model evaluators and reviewers

- Hugging Face / open-source AI communities

- AI newsletters / industry analysts

- Conference, directory, and ecosystem visibility

- Strategic outreach to people who influence whether a model is taken seriously

The goal:

Help position us as a credible AI provider by getting us in front of the right evaluators, communities, and gatekeepers.

Ideal background:

- AI startup ecosystem

- Partnerships / biz dev

- DevRel, technical marketing, or analyst relations

- Research / benchmark outreach

- Familiarity with how AI companies build reputation

You do not need to be highly technical or train models yourself, but you should already understand the space and know how legitimacy is built in AI.

Basically: I need someone who knows how serious AI companies get recognized, benchmarked, and talked about.

If this sounds like you (or you’ve done similar work), DM me with relevant experience.
