I had my first ever facial treatment today at age 47. I have what I consider pretty bad sun damage. It's been 12 hours and my face and chest are in so much pain I can't sleep. Is this normal?!

Pictures are in order: before, before, my post treatment after care kit, at 5 hrs, at 5 hrs after different lighting, and now at 2 am with an ice mask. I followed all the aftercare to a T.

I was told I'd have redness and some tenderness. Girl .. my face is on fire! Also, you can't see in the photos but there are tons of tiny black pin sized dots everywhere.

Hope I can fall asleep and wake up to less pain!

Note: I have lots of tattoos, even on sensitive places like the tops of my feet and they were never this painful.

Spine lordosis (curve)

F46 Complete beginner. I have a slight lumbar lordosis and anterior pelvic tilt (since I was a kid) as well as age/sport acquired L5 S1 degenerate disk disease that causes sciatica.

I'm using chatgpt to help me with my form lifting light dumbbells and bar weights until I can do it properly. No matter how hard I try, I have that curve and chat keeps saying to make my back flatter. I feel like I literally can't!

Is this something I can fix? Am I limited in what I can do? Would love to hear from others who have this and if/how you overcame or modified your workouts.

Manual 401k not under Accounts on Portfolio page

I have a 401k through my employer that does not appear on the list provided when you click "add external account" So I added it manually in full view. STILL does not show up on the Portfolio page and my "All Accounts" amount does not include it.
I spent an hour with a live chat rep and she had me add it under the Analytics page. STILL does not show up! She wants me to call technical support, but I think that would be useless. The changes to Full View this year are terrible! Also, I really miss the bar chart of net worth I used to be able to see.
So, whats up with adding manual accounts that can not be directly linked? Very frustrating. If it can not be done, I am considering moving all my accounts out of Fidelity and going with Schwab or another. I wonder how many customers they are losing because of these website changes....
