Who else’s office is now having to waste more time by having to manually put in referral information through United Healthcare’s new “referral portal”?
How in the hell is this even legal??? We all know this is just another way to put in a barricade for both doctors and patients.
I also had them refuse to pay for a PFT for a patient with known inhalant chemical exposures who was having shortness of breath.
