I know that in the current version, digging at the locations marked by colored dots on the map is a sure way to find ore, but do ore veins still exist in random underground locations where those dots aren’t present?

Also, do ore veins generate underground in urban areas or near POIs? (Excluding cases like mine POIs, which contain a preset amount of ore.)

In my experience, I’ve occasionally stumbled upon different types of ore while following a vein, but they were always smaller in scale than regular veins and didn’t yield much.
