Can I purchase this at any dispo in the Valley? I always see resins, rosins, shatter, badder, butter, but not old fashioned hash. TIA

The title says it ... there are certain aspects of my job which I absolutely adore, including our mission and the team. But I am horrifically unsuited to the style of the work. I moved from a direct care role at a small public behavioral health provider into an administrative role at a large healthcare organization. I am deeply frustrated, to an unhealthy point, by the cadence of my work. I float an idea, it gets great response and it is a year later before it is implemented, if ever. Every task has to be documented, tracked, and documented again two more times, then all that documentation edited after if goes through three rounds of review. I like the immediacy of direct care and the human element. I don't mind service documentation at all! What I do now has system wide impact, which is my dream, but I just don't know how to do it this corporate way.
