Do all Japan games have the English title on the other spine? I've seen a handful of games have them, but what about for the majority of the Japanese Saturn library?

So I am very new to FFT, how do I upgrade the class of a chemist to a wizard? I tried upgrading my job points, but I don’t know what I’m doing.
