Plaster Repair after water
We had water ingress damage a plaster wall.
Now the leak is fixed, what is the best way to get this back to a point where it can be painted?

Has anyone had an old tiled roof, 80-100 years based on tile markings, replaced?
I’m leaning towards project managing it myself.
Scaffolding
Gutters
Carpentry
Tiling Sarking
But as I list the jobs to be done I’m increasing thinking it’s a big project.
Any thoughts or past experiences?
Outsource it all to a roofing company or try and manage it?
