First time use after the initial 3 hour burn on my Masterbuilt electric smoker. Was doing a 17.6lb brisket overnight and the next day I wake up to what looks like tar ALL OVER the inside. Dripped all over the brisket and seems everything us ruined. What the heck is going on here??
