Really disappointed with the after-sales service from Hyundai Motor Company. My car’s CarPlay stereo stopped working on one side during the warranty period, but I was initially told it was just a software update issue. Later, they claimed they didn’t even know the problem for over a week. After repeated follow-ups and escalation, they involved another technician who quoted ₹20K, then suddenly said it would be replaced for free and sent to Chennai in 4–5 days. It’s now been 14 days, and I’m getting conflicting updates—first “under repair,” then “sent for estimate.” The job card clearly mentions display replacement, yet now they’re trying to charge ₹5K. This kind of miscommunication and lack of accountability is unacceptable. #Hyundai #CustomerServiceFail
