Hi, would H&R Block be able to do my pa local tax return? I normally have done it in the past via online however in 2025 I lived in NY the full year but still worked in PA. Because of this I have to file via paper. It’s my understanding that because I’m not a pa resident I technically don’t have to file but I can file for a potential refund. So will HR Block be able to assist with this?
