Short term rentals in Norfolk for a 6-week work stay: what are people actually using?

Going to be in Norfolk for about 6 weeks starting in May. Work assignment, not a permanent move. I've looked at extended stay hotels and honestly they're depressing, overpriced, and feel like you're camping in a hallway. I'd rather have an actual space to cook and work from.

Looking at furnished rentals in or around downtown Norfolk or anywhere reasonably close to the naval station area. Budget is flexible but I'd rather not pay hotel rates for something with a kitchen that still feels like a hotel.

Curious what other people in similar situations have used. Don't have a ton of local knowledge on which neighborhoods are actually worth being in vs which ones look fine on paper but feel off in practice.

Need help Setting up my room for a home theatre

Hey what's up guys! I want to setup my room as a room theatre. I just recently ordered the DangBei MP1 Max. It's my first ever projector and I am super excited about it. I have not received it yet, should arrive one day next week. I am currently renting my townhouse. And I don't think it would be in my best interest to get a fixed frames screen at the moment by your voice typing (Was thinking about the silver ticket) I want anywhere between 120 - 135 inch ranges. But before I decide, I will test out the picture on my bare wall which is like a light burnt orange colour (i attached some photos for reference) it may be best for me to get a motorised screen, but who makes the best quality? I am open to any and all suggestions. I honestly just want the best experience possible for my lady and I to watch and Host movie nights, maybe host a fight night, super Bowl, etc. But mainly for movie nights. I am also going to order 2 - 4 HI - Shock DLP Link 3D glasses. Thank you all in advanced

Any way to make influencer campaign reporting easier?

What I need at campaign close: reach and engagement per creator, EMV, ROI tied to spend, platform breakdown.

What I have: raw exports from Instagram and tiktok that I reconcile manually in a deck i rebuild every single time.

Boss wants this monthly now, not just at campaign end. How are the other marketing teams generating these reports without starting from zero each time ?

Agentic AI roles up 986% last year. 52,000 tech jobs gone in the same period. If that doesn't make you rethink your Career trajectory I don't know what will

So a link din Post with these numbers and went down a rabbit hole. Gartner says 40% of enterprise apps will embed task specific AI agents by 2026. Deloitte published a piece on how companies are starting to manage AI agents like workers with performance reviews, oversight rolls, the whole thing. Demand for age antic AI skills is growing 35 to 40% annually but supply all the short over by 50%. Trying to figure out what this means, because when I look at actual job postings its not just ML engineers they're hiring. There are roles called AI orchestration engineer, agent behaviour analyst, agent lifecycle manager. A lot of them don't require a PhD, but people who understand how AI systems behave and can make sure they do the right thing.

AHA BLS certification options in San Jose, full in person vs hybrid

Full in-person AHA BLS class covers everything in one session. The hybrid option splits it into the HeartCode online module you do at home first, then an in-person skills check. Both formats produce the same AHA BLS Provider card, which is what most hospital and healthcare employers in the South Bay require for clinical and allied health roles.

Safety Training Seminars has AHA BLS certification locations in San Jose including Downtown and Willow Glen with classes running on the hour mornings through evenings most days, so booking around a work schedule is pretty manageable.

Worth confirming with your employer whether they need AHA BLS specifically before u book anything. Some job postings just say "CPR" and means something different.
