Am I mistaken, or has Claude Sonnet 4.6 gotten dumber this week?

I’ve been using the model for several hours now, and I’ve noticed that in both planning and agent mode it repeatedly loses focus and starts working on topics I didn’t explicitly assign to it. I’m not used to this behavior from Sonnet — it normally doesn’t make this many mistakes.
