Iam 4 years post op Spinal fusion at L5S-. Recently i had an xray done because i was having back pain and saw to my surprise that screws are broken. But the report doesn’t mention that screw is broken. Moreover i had my CT and MRI which say that there is no evidence of screw fracture. Iam a bit confused, is it possible to see a break in screw in xray but not in CT. Or is it really not broken as per report? Please help!!
