falling and cramps now

Hi everyone,

idk if my anxiety is getting the best of me or if i should be concerned. But basically i started body wide twitching 15 months ago after i had my daughter. I also experience on/off vibrations/buzzing, or tingling. I had honestly forgotten about my twitching even though it’s daily up until about a couple of weeks ago that i started noticed knee pain, a hot spot on my left knee that has now gone away. But last week i fell and bruised myself pretty badly trying to turn on the water of the bath for my daughter while i was leaning over. All on left side, and yesterday when i got up from bed i got a realllllly bad charlie horse on my left calf that still feels sore till now. I’m really starting to get worried.

I’ve had eeg, mri and a lot of bloodwork but i cancelled the emg my neurologist had scheduled a few months back because im afraid

Hi everyone,

I’ve been twitching all over for about 15 months now. I’ve had mri, bloodwork. EMG was scheduled but i was too scared to do it. I have low ferritin/iron. I’ve always noticed i had more twitches in my left knee. But yesterday after coffee i noticed it started twitching non stop and it has almost been 24 hours of non stop knee twitches. It’s scaring me because i’ve never had it last this long it usually jumps around. If i flex my knee or change positions it does seem to stop for a bit but as soon as i stretch out my leg or stand its right back up
