RHOBH exes Dorit and PK's $6.5m LA mansion could go up for auction in just DAYS - pre-foreclosure for the third time

The U.S. Sun confirmed with the Los AngelesCounty Recorder Clerk’s Office that if the couple does not settle the outstanding mortgage debt immediately, the property can legally be sold at a foreclosure auction on or after May 20, 2026.

Foreclosure sales in California can be postponed, canceled, or cured at the last minute if payments are made or agreements are reached with the lenders.  
The financial mess stems from staggering mortgage-related debt tied to the sprawling estate the pair purchased in 2019 for roughly $6.5 million.

Court documents showed the couple’s debt issues appear to stretch far beyond a single missed payment.
