Red light therapy question.
I bought a generic made in china sauna off amazon. Under $1500. I’m actually pretty happy with the purchase and benefits but one odd thing is the “red light beauty light” on the roof. Only every other led lights up.
The manufacturer claims it’s supposed to be like that but it’s just odd that it’s like that. Does anyone else have this?
Do you think you get any benefit from it? It’s pretty far from my skin. Just a simple red led light. Do you think it’s worth tinkering to get all to light up?
