Question

Backstory I was dealing with bone deep fatigue, losing weight, bad sleep, and overall malaise feeling for 90 days until I found the reason why, my cortisol level was a 1.2. When I did this test I was also on prednisone, from the ENT, so maybe my level coulda actually been lower?

Anyways, I was able to get prescribed 30mg of hydrocortisone daily from my ENDO before my first appointment with them next week. I have been taking it for 2 weeks now. I honestly haven't felt that much improvement and was considering going to the ER to get an IV of hydrocortisone and electrolytes. Would this be worth doing with my appointment next week?

I know im not in a crisis state but I just have deep fatigue in my legs and the malaise feeling and was wondering if I should go to the ER, in hopes of the IVs giving me the boost I needed. What are y'alls thoughts/experiences with this? I'd appreciate all and any input or opinions

What helps the full body hotness/malaise feeling? Its like your whole body has a fever/ you are on the brink of breaking into a sweat but you don't actually have a fever.

I had about 90 days of chronic fatigue until I was diagnosed with secondary AI, and I am currently 10 days since I started hydrocortisone 20mg in morning and 10mg in evening.

Curious if others have had this hotness feeling/what helps. Thankyou!!!

I have a 2016 camaro with 53k miles. Theres a grinding/groaning noise from the front passenger side when driving and the road is slightly going left. Can hear it all the time when going around the roundabout. Thoughts on what this could be?

Anyone have a super sore throat from AI?

My story: I was super fatigued for 3 months until I bought my own lab work (fuck you doctors) and showed my cortisol levels were almost non existent, diagnosed with secondary AI. Have been on hydrocortisone for a week now.

For the last month ive had such an annoying sore throat and was curious if anyone here has had a sore throat as a symptom/ know why?
