In S1 E19b of Teen Titans Go otherwise known as “Breakfast Cheese,” we see only a few seconds into the episode some blood shown on Gizmo, after he sustained a few brutal attacks from Robin. And so this sparked some questions in my mind.

How often and when do the animators add actual visible blood, even if it’s in small quantities? Is this truly the first and only time? if so I believe it is pretty notable.
Was it intentional? I personally believe it wasn’t intentional due to the fact that it was added after Gizmo sustained a certain amount of damage. It wasn’t treated like a silly animation error (which happens a lot in this show.) But feel free to watch yourself and form your own opinion
