For those people who don't why we are facing high ping

Picture-1 Fortnite is currently using Google Cloud's Doha Servers to route traffic for ME players. But for india it doesn't route directly to Mumbait to Doha instead it takes a long route. That's why it's showing 600+ ping

Picture-2 These are two AWS provided servers that fortnite could've utilized for fair ping distribution for all indian playerbase aswell as ME players.

For the last 4 days, a huge number of Fortnite players in India have been getting 300+ ping almost every match. This isn’t just a small spike here and there — the game has become nearly unplayable for many of us. Building feels delayed, shots don’t register properly, edits are impossible, and fights are decided before we can even react.

What’s frustrating is that many of us contacted Epic support multiple times, but we keep getting told there’s no issue with the servers. The problem is clearly affecting a large part of the Indian playerbase, so something is definitely wrong, most likely the routing.

We’re not even asking for Mumbai servers to magically return. We just want fair and playable ping. Back when we were routed differently before the Qatar/Bahrain changes, most Indian players used to get around 60–70 ping, which was completely playable. But 300+ ping in a competitive online game is unacceptable.

Indian and South Asian players deserve proper support too. Either improve the routing or consider better server support for South Asia. At the very least, acknowledge the issue instead of pretending everything is normal. A massive part of the playerbase is struggling right now.
