I live in a small town with a BIG muffler problem, or lack there of. It’s become unbearable for most the downtown population. It’s impossible to sleep and outdoor activities are moved indoors because of the incessant noise. It’s really bad and pretty much around the clock. Recordings work my phone doesn’t work because the powers that be aren’t going to listen to hours and hours of video. I’m looking for audio/video apps that are noise activated. I’d like to just be able to say, here’s 60 minutes of these vehicles covering 4 hours. I’ve looked but however I phrase my search I’m not coming up with the type of thing I’m looking for. Any ideas? Thanks.
