Looking for LitRPGs Where the System Feels Natural, Not Gamey
I love LitRPG, but I prefer lighter, more grounded implementations of it. I enjoy when stats and progression feel like a natural part of the world rather than a full-on game system. Once it starts spamming quests and game mechanics, it starts feeling too much like an MMO to me.
Some stories I really enjoyed are Elydes, Spire's Spite, and A Soldier's Life. Can anyone recommend similar stories?
