Release blockage in my heart
A couple of weeks ago during meditation, I did something, and I don’t exactly know what I did, but I got these energy sensations flowing through my whole body, which actually gave me an orgasm. I’ve never felt so much power in my heart. Even the day after, I felt like I was walking on clouds, and my heart was filled with so much energy.
But now it feels like the complete opposite. My heart feels blocked, almost like a pain or a warmth, like something is stuck there. Has anyone experienced something like this before? Could this be some kind of energy blockage, or am I focusing too much on the heart now?
I’m trying to recreate what happened, but this time I’m focusing a little more on my heart than on the other chakras. Could that actually make things worse instead of better?
I’ve also recently started working again after being away from work for a long time, and this energy experience happened during my first week back. Could stress trigger something like this? Could stress block energy like that, even if the original experience felt so powerful and positive?
And if this really is some kind of blockage… should it last this long? Or could it be something completely different that I’m interpreting as being connected to the heart? Maybe it’s not even the heart at all?
Sorry for all the questions. I’m just genuinely trying to understand what’s happening.
